A12 Motorway Rosignano M.mo
Exit

- After the exit of A12
Motorway at the toll
gate of Rosignano M.mo, go on the main road
SS1 towards Grosseto and exit at Cecina
Nord.
Then follow in the direction of Volterra, after
3800 metres turn left, leaving the asphalted
road (please see our direction).
- After 100
metres turn right and go on (see the arrow):
the road starts climbing
- Follow this road for
1600 metres and turn left (see the direction)
- After 100 metres turn
right (see the direction)
- After 500 metres you will start seeing on
your left the "Debbiare Agriresidence"
Holiday House: go straight down.
- After 1500 metres turn
left (see the direction):
the last 600 metres and you will be arrived.

Exit

- After the exit of A12
Motorway at the toll gate of Rosignano
M.mo, go on the main road
SS1 towards Grosseto and exit at Cecina
Nord. Then follow in the direction of
Volterra, after
5 Km. turn left and follow the directions to
Riparbella. After
the village, follow towads Castellina
Marittima. After 5 Km from the centre
of Riparbella, leaving the asphalted road (please
see the direction) and turn left: you will enter
the estate of Debbiare
Residence.
- After 1000 metres you may already
see the "Agriresidence Debbiare" Holiday House.
- After 1200
metres turn left (see
the direction)
- After 1500 metres turn
left (see the direction): the last
600 metres and you will be arrived.
