 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The reservation becomes binding for us only when we'll receive the payment notification of the deposit.

  • Deposit: 300,00 Euro (when you book).
  • Stays: from saturday to saturday.
  • Settlement of payment: at check-in.
  • Caution money (to pay at your arrival, it will be refounded at departure, after stock-taking): 150,00 Euro
 CANCELLATION POLICY

In case of cancellation of the booking, we will not refound the deposit.
 CHECK-IN e CHECK-OUT

Arrival (check-in): apartments are available on Saturday after 16.00, before and not later 18.00.

Departure (Check-out): apartments must be left on Saturday before 10.00 am.
