Its name -Debbiare- comes from an ancient custom, that is, once in the land where now it is set "Agriresidence Debbiare" Holiday House the dry grass was burned and sods of the soil were piled up, leaving in every heap an internal hollow where faggots were put and lighted through a small opening. This was called “debbio” and it was done to improve the soils rich in organic substances and colloidal constituens and also to destroy parasites.
